WHAT IS A FLORAL SUBSCRIPTION?

Our subscription service delivers the loveliest florals of the season on a monthly basis. Simply choose your size and season and we’ll take care of the rest. 

WHEN WILL MY FLOWERS ARRIVE?

For 3 consecutive months, your seasonal subscription will be delivered to:
- Residences on the fourth Friday of the month.
- Workplaces on the second Monday of the month.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY FEE?

Delivery is complimentary in Manhattan. We do not currently deliver outside of Manhattan, but are planning to expand our delivery zone soon! If you're interested in a subscription delivery to Brooklyn or Queens, please contact us at dearblossomnyc@gmail.com.

CAN I SEND A GIFT SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes, floral subscriptions are a lovely way to show someone you're thinking about them month after month. You can include a gift message when you check out and we will contact the recipient to notify them of their scheduled gift deliveries. They'll be thrilled!

CAN I PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes, we simply ask that you give us at least one week’s notice before you pause your subscription by sending an email to dearblossomnyc@gmail.com.

CAN I REDIRECT MY DELIVERY TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?

Yes, as long as the delivery is in Manhattan, you may redirect your delivery. We simply ask that you give us at least one week’s notice before you redirect your delivery by sending an email to dearblossomnyc@gmail.com.

MAY I PICK UP MY FLOWERS?

Yes, if you’d prefer to pick up your flowers, just let us know at least 48 hours prior to your next delivery date.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH THE VASE?

Vases are picked up and rotated monthly. Please leave your empty vase ready for pick up on your next delivery date.

WHO DO I CONTACT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY DELIVERY?

Please email us at dearblossomnyc@gmail.com within 24 hours if there is an issue with your delivery.
